The belauded gourmet restaurant on Lilla Essingen opened up in 2003 . The name Lux comes from the latin word for light and thanks to the many and beautiful windows towards the sea Mariebergsfjärden not much artificial light is needed inside the listed brick building. The site at Essinge Udde overlooking the water into Stockholm city gives Lux' guests a beautiful view which enhances the menu created after our four seasons. Henrik Norström has developed a close cooperation with many devoted and enthusiastic producers in the nearby area that farms, breeds, cultivates and picks raw produces of the season for the restaurant and are always represented on the menu.
